1. Brokerage Services
   AMB Loads is a licensed property broker under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
   (FMCSA) and does not operate as a motor carrier. We act as an intermediary to arrange
   transportation of freight by authorized motor carriers.
2. User Eligibility
   By using our Services, you confirm that you are:
    At least 18 years old.
    Legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
    Authorized to act on behalf of the company you represent, if applicable.
3. Carrier and Shipper Obligations
    Carriers must be authorized by the FMCSA and maintain active insurance coverage.
    Shippers must ensure all shipment information is accurate and that the freight complies
   with all applicable laws and regulations.
    Both parties agree to comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws regarding the
   transportation of goods.
4. Payment Terms
   Payment terms are outlined in the rate confirmation issued prior to each shipment. All parties
   agree to the pricing, payment schedule, and invoicing terms set forth in that confirmation.
   Delinquent payments may be subject to late fees or collection action.
5. SMS Communication & TCR Compliance
   By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional SMS
   messages from AMB Loads, in compliance with The Campaign Registry (TCR) standards and
   RingCentral’s SMS policies.
    Consent Requirement: You agree that you have the authority to provide this number
   and give consent to receive SMS messages.
    Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with
   our services.
    Opt-Out Option: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS
   message. You may also reply “HELP” for more information.
    No Guarantee of Delivery: Message delivery is dependent on your mobile carrier and
   network availability. We are not liable for delays or failures in message transmission.
    Message & Data Rates May Apply: Charges from your mobile carrier may apply
   depending on your plan.
   Your agreement to these Terms serves as your express written consent to receive SMS
   communications for operational and promotional purposes, including through automated
   technology.
6. Data Privacy and Customer Information
   We value your privacy. AMB Loads will never sell, rent, or misuse the personal or business
   information you provide to us.
    All data collected through our website or during the course of doing business is used
   solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
    Your information may be shared only with trusted third-party service providers as needed
   to perform our services (e.g., carriers, invoicing platforms), and only under strict
   confidentiality agreements.

    Acts of God, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

   availability, accuracy, or reliability of our website or carrier performance.
9. Prohibited Uses
   You agree not to:
    Use our Services for unlawful purposes.
    Misrepresent freight details or your identity.
    Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
10. Intellectual Property
